I suppose that most of the old recipes that were saved by people were from the Colonel. I have a separate folder for his recipes. The dates have been removed but I am sure many date from '95 and '96. Perhaps someone else, a wordsmith perhaps, will explain who the Colonel was and why he holds a special place in the hearts and bellies of those of us who have been on Chile Heads for 5 years or more.
