Not Jim’s Habanero bread OH BY THE WAY HELLO JIM
I wanted to make a bread that would be as Jim’s but that could be
eaten Ha Ha! So this is what we had tonight, thought I would pass
it on.

Jims Other Bread?
2 1/4 cups bread flour
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 1/3 cups applesauce
1/2-cup canola oil
2 tsp. vanilla (not imitation)
1/2 + ( how hot do you want it? ) tsp. Sweet Southern Fire (NOT AN
ADD FOR ME!!) or any good fruit based hot sauce.
2 eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 cup walnut pieces
½ pecan pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine carrots, applesauce, hot sauce,
oil, and vanilla. Add eggs, sugar, and mix. In another bowl, mix
the rest of the dry ingredients. Stir dry ingredients into applesauce
mixture until blended. Do not over mix. Divide mixture into two greased
loaf pans. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes depending on oven.
Or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let the good times roll!!!!
