   I use a Mr. Coffee dehydrator.  No temperature control, just
ON/OFF switch.  It has the heating element on the bottom, protected
from drips by a shield that allows the fan to circulate the warm, dry
air.  With 6 trays I don't have to shuffle them to get even drying.

Scott... works for me, even with Spam jerky... KCK
