Can understand your frustration by being "burned" with product. Didn't know
they offered "30 Day Trial Version" untill I went back & looked for it. It
seems you have to request it, other than the Free Edition or the Full
Version. Hope nobody else makes the same mistake. Never needed their
technical support as Free version has worked flawlessly for me.
