Tofu alone tastes pretty much like nothing. In a sauce, it will take on the
flavors of the sauce. For it to taste like turkey, though, some artificial
substance would have to be involved, that is if the intent was to make it a
vegetarian turkey. Or that's my take, anyway. For my part, I'd have no
interest in eating a tofu turkey. But then, I'm not vegetarian.

Soy products have their own nutritional value, and I eat them for that
reason. It also stretches my food dollar which can be beneficial when you're
self-employed and business is slow.

If you think you can stand it, check out the tofu pie recipe I posted (on
ChileHeads) today. It _does_ taste like chocolate pie.
