I know about Hard Cider. after My oldest Sisters wedding  we had about 8 
gallons of hard cider left my mom gave it to me saying I could have 
it  even though  I was only 10 yrs old at the time. made for an interesting 
first summer with new friend in Kentucky. Might be one of the reasons I 
don't imbibe any more :-)
