Jim, I was going to send this personally and couldn't
find the email address at all. Ugh.

I wanted to thank you for the box you sent! Oh boy! It
WAS like Christmas (or Chanukah!). 

I put the cheese in the refrigerator for awhile. You
could not smell it from the outside of the box, like I
suspected might happen. My mail lady couldn't believe
there was cheese in the box.

Thanks for the goodies along with it. I tried the
sauce immediately (on my finger) and it was sooo good
and HOT! I have been dying to try that one since I
heard about it from the others.
