Down here (Austin, TX), it's sold fresh in the supermarket in bunches,
right next to the parsley (and about the same size bunch), for about 50
cents a bunch.  I'm not sure how much 1 bunch weighs, but I'd guess about
a half pound?  When I make up a gallon of salsa, I use 1/2 to a whole
bunch.
