One of my local Shoprites' shrink wrap it and the other sells it in bunches next to the parsley. Some cannot tell the difference. I can by the sense of smell. Also it has smaller leaves. Anyway, in one batch of salsa, I usually use 1/2 of a bunch or a bit less, depending on the size of the bunch. What I want to know is...why are bunches of cilantro so large and the bunches of parsley so small in my stores?? You would think in my area, where there are few hispanics or oriental folk, and mostly Italian and German, there would be larger amounts of parsley in a bunch. It is used a lot more around here than cilantro. In my house, it is the opposite.
