Hey here in Canada the groceries now sell cilantro flash frozen in tiny cubes, about 1/2 inch square, along with garlic, ginger, etc. It tastes great and there is no keeping problem or chopping. I won't use dried cilantro but this way it is ready to go! Linda, happily putting cilantro in everything now.
