I would pick them all, put them in a brown paper bag, seal it and let them sit for a few days to ripen. That is what I did. I'm in NJ. We had our first frost at night about 5 nights ago. The day before I went out and picked all the green peppers off the plants and put them in paper bags. I now have about 1/2 of them ripening. My suggestion...
