I was visiting my sister's family in Columbus, OH, and they took to out to eat at Roosters. I also west straight for their wings, and ordered their hottest available. I wasn't too impressed. I've had hotter at BW-3's. I'd love to take a trip even farther east where there's a couple famous wing places that put your name on the wall for being [stupid] enough to eat their sub-atomic wings. Ditto about Donkey! I assume it represents getting kicked in the mouth by a donkey?? :) Dustin > > From: "Alex Silbajoris" <asilbajo@hotmail.com> > Date: 2003/10/09 Thu AM 08:21:46 CDT > To: chile-heads@globalgarden.com > Subject: [CH] funny heat scale > > > We have a restaurant named Roosters nearby; one of their advertisements > lists the heat levels for the wings they serve: > > SUPER KILLERS > KILLERS > DONKEY > HOT > MEDIUM > MILD > BBQ > GARLIC > TERYAKI > > I have never heard "donkey" used to describe a heat level... > > - A > > _________________________________________________________________ > High-speed Internet access as low as $29.95/month (depending on the local > service providers in your area).
