Dustin, The Blazin' sauce at BW3's is pretty tasty. I keep a bottle of it at home to use with other chicken recipes. I think what makes BW3's wings better than most is the fact that they always use fresh wings, not frozen. You can tell if the wings have been frozen by the redness around the bones, which comes from the blood. Anyway, just wanted to put in my pitch for BW3. While I'm at it, I got to meet the famous fireman from Indiana a few weeks ago. He was selling his wares at a Hot Sauce Festival in Houston, Texas. I don't think Jim had a free second, there was always a long line at his booth. But, thanks for taking care of me Jim, the sauces are great.
