Well, nothing, since I didn't cook anything this year (same for my mom and 
my sister).  I went with my dad to visit some friends of his for a dinner at 
noon, and barely returned home in time for the dinner that Linda cooked for 
3:00.  She was in charge of that meal, cooked for her children and 
grandchildren, so there was nothing peppery about it.

However, I have made some nachos, and some ramen noodles, using leftover 
turkey and sliced fresh peppers.

This evening, I was toying at making some broiler-skillet pizza toast 
(leftover cheese and pepperoni stick appetizer slices, you know).  I added 
enough fresh red jalapeno that for a while I was breathing like the 
astronauts in 2001, which I was just watching...

p.s., FWIW place iron skillet 8 inches under broiler set at 275 to make some 
decent toast...
