I barbequed a turkey for the pot-luck at work, and
put half a dozen minced serranos and tabascos
in the dressing.  Then I thought, why not, and
added four Caribbean Red-Hots, which are
pretty much like Habaneros.  That made the
dressing definitely medium-hot, which was probably
a bit of a surprise, since it looks so bland.  They
ate it all and picked the carcass clean.
