Hi, Helen --

We had a first nirthday party for our daughter (well, us really) last weekend
and I deep fried a turkey that I have injected with a very spicy marinade.  I
sliced it and we served it with rolls, red chile mayonnaise, red onion, Swiss
cheese, and Creole mustard.  It was a huge hit.  Chile con queso is also a
proven winner ... or, cream cheese and fatalli pepper jelly with Triscuits ...
or, mushrooms marinated with smoked Chapeu de Frade chiles ... or, nuts spiced
with orange peter powder ... or, fresh veggies with a fiery roasted red pepper
hummus .... Well, I guess you get the idea....
