We made a bunch of stuff last weekend ourselves... Shrimp Mozambique (shrimp
cooked in a wine/butter/garlic/cayenne, Goya Azafran, and other stuff
sauce - served with lots of crusty bread and a nice hearty red wine), deep
fried chicken wings with multiple hot sauces, Brajia's (I have no idea how
to spell that....but it's basically Indian recipe for Onion and chick pea
flour fritters) with whatever sauce you wanted. We also had some Salmon
fish cakes, stir fried caribou in a garlic sauce and cedar plank salmon.
YUM.

This weekend, as we watch the Patriots dismantle the Colts (sorry George),
we will have some ABT's (which are a BBQ variation on Armadillo Eggs or
whatever people call them these days), some variation for a pork tenderloin
we have, possibly a Beer Can Chicken, and whatever else we decide will go
well.

One personal note to George... the Colts are a great team, which cannot be
denied, and I wish them the all the best...... next year. :)

Dan
