In mustards pepper mustards are called hot mustards
and horseradish mustards are called strong mustards

Barry of the mount horeb mustard musuem says that the
Royal bohemium is the strongest mustard there is and he
had a few years ago about 3500 kinds
I have tried it and it out does daves insanity mustard about 10 times
but if you can get it for $6.50 get it mm seles it for $8
