Trying out some new & some old favs today. Going to slow grill porkchops over a water pan & test some sauces. The first picture is one of JimC's fabulous sauces along side one that won the wing sauce category & was also named the best of contest in the Kato's 2004 Fiery Food Contest. Can't wait to compare them. BTW, 'Chile Farmer' & wife own Gourmet Gardens and make & market some of the best hot sauces, salsas, preserves, etc on the planet. I don't belive the winning sauce is on the market. http://www.fototime.com/BED27C2FF44890B/orig.jpg Second picture is of Kato Productions Island Sauce (one of my very favorites), a yet to be named (Meaner Greener Habanero Sauce?) not yet in production at Kato's and a private label (our 'Rogue' friend Shannon) amateur hot sauce contest winner. http://www.fototime.com/91F8199D0827310/orig.jpg Tough job, but someone has to do the testing. <G> JohnT http://gourmetgardens.com http://katoproductions.com/ http://www.wildpepper.com/
