I made some of this in a quart jar, using a bunch of odd dried peppers I had sitting around. Believe me, it's terrific! In addition to basting, also good for stir-fries! Myron Piri-Piri 1/3 cup olive Oil 1/3 cup canola Oil 1/3 cup good Bourbon dried red Thai peppers Pour over dried red Thai peppers and let sit for a month. Use to baste vegetables or meats for barbecue.
