[CH] need a recipe and instructions for cookie molds

Hi

I bought a set of walnut shaped cookie molds.  However, they do not include 
instructions.  Just how do I use these things?  It appears they need a firm 
batter, like evil chocolate chip.  Are they baked in the molds or unmolded 
before baking?
