How timely!

I just this morning took out some New Mexico pods from my dehydrator and powdered them.  My thanks to the Aji Queen (in Texas) for sending them to me several days back.  

Anyways, here is a picture:  http://www.fototime.com/1D78992C2373A25/orig.jpg

My plans are to use them in a powder mix along with some hotter peppers in the same manner that I use Pasila Bajio and Spanish Spice.
