My favorite BBQ sauce is one that's made locally-Gino's.  He makes two
kinds, Hot and not.  He's usually at the Hot Licks Festival too, I'll have
to make sure to grab some.

I like to soak ribs overnight in pickle juice mixed with water.  (Vinegar
and some seasoning will work too.)  Then I brush with sauce and smoke,
brushing on more sauce when they're almost done.  There is nothing worse
than ribs that aren't cooked all the way to the bone.
