Thanks.  I'm flattered.

Mind you- collectors are an important part of this business, from us
'evil corporate types' point of view.  Their money spends good too ;-) 
And they're often willing to spend a chunk of it.

I think part of it might also be, at least as it pertains to us little
ECT's, that it isn't really figured that you'll run across the other
incarnations.  For example, my Red Savina(R) Garlic is private labled by
a very small company out in Kansas City and a restaraunt in Minnesota. 
Not likely that you'd pick up a bottle from each, all places serving a
limited client base.

Another great example are those weak 'NFL hotsauces'.  29 teams, 29
labels, 1 sauce.  For the manufacturer, it's a pretty sweet deal.  He
needn't track 29 different sauces and try to keep each in stock- all he
has to do is buy labels.  Labels are MUCH cheaper to inventory than
different versions of sauce.
