I've tried a number of Tony Chachere's things and not been 
disappointed yet. I use his Creole Seasoning like Emerdog uses his 
BAM! powder. It has a modest zing and a tonne of flavour.

I already have a dandy hypodemic noodle injector. Is the juice 
available separately?
