[CH] Fruit based sauce recipes?

G'day All,

Well I'm sure no-one can complain abut lack of list traffic at the 
moment!  ;-)

Anyways, I wanted to just mail and beseech you all for your favourite fruit 
based hot sauce recipes eg mango, papaya etc

I like to have 2 types of hot sauce - 
[sour salty HOT], and 
[sweet fruity WICKED]

And I end making most of my own, so I would really appreciate a few fav 
recipes.
