Hi all, Just thought I would drop back in to again give thanks for all the help and to say my jelly turned out GREAT! My husband (chilehead in training) has almost polished off a whole 8oz. jar by himself.(I made the jell on Saturday) The jelly was made with 3 cups of habs and a handful of jalapenos that were lying around. I was afraid that it might be too hot but it turned out just right for me. My husband insists that I share his recipe with you. It is quite simple and does not have a name. He splits fresh jalapenos lengthwise and scoops out the seeds. He then fills the resulting opening with cream cheese and tops it off with the hab jelly.
