[CH] Subscribing to chile-heads list via gmail

I opened another gmail account just so could test subscribing to the C-H 
list.  Already have a different gmail account and use it primarily for 
storing junk that I don't want to lose if have a computer crash.  (too lazy 
to properly backup with CD or DVDs)



1.  Opened a new email form and filled out to subscribe:

2.  Selected Plain Text which changed it to this & sent it:

3.  Got confirmation back:  http://www.fototime.com/D3CB0A4B5BC6F1B/orig.jpg

4.  Sent authorization code back (note that did not follow directions to 
send to Majordomo, but sent to the original addy instead)

5.  Got authorization confirmation back:

6.  Welcome to chile-heads!

Not sure why it worked for me and not for Mary-Anne.  Maybe someone else 
here knows?
