I don't know if you call it 7 layers or not but a quick dip which you
could vary as needed.
Large baking pan - ceramic is good or glass - 8 or 9 by 12 to 14 long
couple of inches deep.
Place your fav salsa on bottom
layer of sour cream
layer of beans - red or white (skip this layer if you want)
layer of grated cheese - anything with good taste - see below.
layer of diced jalapeno peppers (picked but rinsed)
layer of canned chili meat or veggie style- your fav if you have one -
I like anything with beans in it and here is where you add your heat
(stir/mix in smoke habs to your heat tolerance than layer it)
layer of sour cream again
cover with grated cheese - jack or Cabot Hab cheese
bake in oven at 275 to 300 until it bubbles and gets gouey though out -
do not brown it
Dig in with some nice natural purple corn chips
that should do ya for a quickie
