Many, many moons ago, JC *did* used to sell Chimayo powder. On my trips out to NM I'd pick up a bunch while there. It started to get notoriously hard to find (at least genuine) and the locals wouldn't let it go. When I started growing it myself, they then wanted ME to grow it & send it out there. Part of the early irony in the chile pepper biz for me was that after going out there to find chile pepper sources to bring back here, I was being used as a chile pepper source to take out there :-) Not quite what I was expecting ;-) -Jim C Mild to Wild(R) Since there seems to be some interest, I shall make (renew) some contacts and see if I can't score some of the genuine stuff again.
