I don't recall eating the "container". In fact, there was no container, except on the puddin's. I assume the haggis and puddin's on the Isle Of Lewis were very authentic. What I found to be funny were the haggis in different flavors - scotch, etc. Especially the "vegetarian" - in a real skin! Karen
