We'd be buying 1 lb lots at time... maybe 2. > >Can we get the pequins fresh when they come ripe??? >(100-400 lb lots at a time) > >T We don't add any thing to the powders. Just pick when ripe, dry or smoke dry them, then grind (when the rest of the family is out of the house). I would need two hundred illegal workers willing to get paid $10 a day to do the picking. It takes me almost three hours to pick 1 quart! And I have a lot of competition from the birds. There are not big movers for me. I grow them every third year. I continue to grow them only because I like them myself. I think I have dumped more then I have sold. -- Enjoy the heat, Uncle Steve ~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~ Uncle Steve's HOT Stuff Anything & Everything about Chiles http://usHOTstuff.com/ ~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~
