Someone on this list knows where seeds are for Espelette from the Basque country, which I purchased and tried to grow in New Mexico. (Maybe Jim) I think they need the humidity like habaneros-mine did not do well in our dry climate. I ended up just buying the powder in Santa Fe. I am thinking White Flower farms or something like that. I also lived awhile (long time ago) in Thailand-Lop Buri, Lampang and north of Chiang Rai on the Union of Burma (now Myanmar) border. I love original Thai, so keep the recipes coming! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mary-Anne Durkee" <durkee.ch.list@gmail.com> To: "chile-heads" <chile-heads@globalgarden.com> Sent: Wednesday, August 02, 2006 5:36 PM Subject: [CH] How about the Colonel > <<Some people are just strange and then there are those others..
