Someone on this list knows where  seeds are for Espelette from the 
Basque country, which I purchased and tried to grow in New Mexico. 
(Maybe Jim) I think they need the humidity like habaneros-mine did not 
do well in our dry climate. I ended up just buying the powder in Santa 
Fe.  I am thinking White Flower farms or something like that. I also 
lived awhile (long time ago) in Thailand-Lop Buri, Lampang and north of 
Chiang Rai on the Union of Burma (now Myanmar) border. I love original 
Thai, so keep the recipes coming!
