I got my espelette from teh Chile Pepper Institute. They are on my seed
saving list this year or I'd send you some. Same thing with Aleppo, which
I got from a list member. I've got those isolated both in the field and
the greenhouse as there as been much demand for the plants. I have
buttloads of the Padron seed thanks to a nice young doctoral student who
brings me fresh seeds every time he or his brother return  to Galicia.
