But may I suggest a different approach? Here it is: Put the cleaned shrimp in a zip-lock bag. Squeeze as much lime juice as you are happy with in to the open mouth of the bag. Tip in a generous amount of blue agave tequila. (Major buckarillos!!) Marinade. Grill. Eat. Drink the liquid from the shrimp in the most delicious pre-bed manner, over ice in martini glasses, and of course totally nak..... wait a minute. I'm doing Rael's job.
