HiC-Hs,

Mine were exactly like the ones Dave DeWitt shows at the bottom of 
his page. Fantastic flavor. Light and dry first impression in front 
of mouth but with a very complex multiple citrus-like aftertaste. (By 
"multiple citrus-like" I mean it is impossible to know which citrus 
fruit it resembles.) I would rate the heat up there with habs. As 
Dave says it seems to be designed for ceviche! Or any fish for that 
matter.
