Travesty travesty - a Cabot man would never eat other cheeses - let 
alone out of State cheese!


But,
I'll give it a go though - only cuz I have lived in flat-lander country 
so long and Agri-Fart cheese isn't the same - and yes Canook cheese is 
pretty good especially their age Ched-R.

Lord Bryon is correct - the wax keeps the mold from starting, but keep 
it in a cool place.
