Nope, I haven't forgotten. It never happened with me. I have a friend who gets the screaming vatos when he eats cayenne - but, from no other pepper. > Try this. Quite eating chiles for a month, then go on a binge and report Quit eating chilies? That ain't gonna happen for a start. How else would I keep my sinuses clean, free-running and sweet smelling? I don't do that macho crap of "I can eat anything hotter than you". OTOH, I go to Thai restaurants which do dishes Thai hot - if you ask and they know you can handle it. And my favourite Chinese place sort of shakes their collective head when I separate out the peppers from the Kung Pao Chicken and munch them as a treat ... but they aren't really hot. Japones, I think. Overall, I'd place myself in the upper reaches of "moderate" even if I do take an occasional flyer into stupid land. But, I still (and I have a very decent memory) cannot remember ever getting ring of fire from eating chilies. -- ENJOY!!! -------- UNCLE DIRTY DAVE'S KITCHEN -- Home of Yaaaaa Hooooo Aaahhh!!!
