Hi Tina...I've only eaten tempeh once...it was lumpy and kind of sour (from the fermenting). I didn't like it at all although I enjoy tofu in lots of things. You find it in the market near the tofu, in refrigeration. It also looks funny! Sorry all you tempeh lovers...don't hate me too much! SandyO CH #1148 of the moderate persuasion
