Last week I picked my first peppers of the season....unheard of in north Iowa! Granted, like Alex, I ate smallish peppers ( hot yellow banana) but they had a nice moderate heat and were tasty mixed into ground beef for grilled burgers. Nice thick slice of Vadalia onion on top and a soft bun makes for a great meal. SandyO CH #1146 of the moderate persuasion
