Yup. His _Louisiana Kitchen_ is like a culinary bible to me. There are more than a few steps, ingredients, etc., that he puts in to make a few recipes 'his own', but in general, just good recipes that result in really, really good food that won't (nor should) cost one an arm and leg to make.
