Hi CH's

It's not BBQ sauce but this looked kinda good to me!

Terrible's Hotel Casino Hot Spicy Green Chile Marmalade Wings
recipe

Posted by GayleL at recipegoldmine.com - May 25, 2001

Source: kvvu.com

4 cups orange marmalade
1/2 cup diced green chile
2 cups hot sauce
5 pounds jumbo wings
1 cup flour
Vegetable shortening for deep frying

Heat the shortening to 350 degrees F in a deep fryer or cast
iron pot. There should be enough shortening to immerse wings
completely.

Dust the wings with flour and drop into heated shortening. Cook
10-12 minutes.

When cooked, remove wings and drain.

Mix orange marmalade, hot sauce and green chiles together. Toss
the wings in the hot sauce recipe. Serve immediately with ranch
dip dressing.

Serves 8.
