Can't tell you about the Hotluck, but the Fiery Foods Show will be at the 
Sandia Casino north of Albuquerque NM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 2/29, 
3/1 & 3/2. Friday it is only open to members of the trade, but it's easy to 
found your own chile/bbq company and the crowds are much smaller. 3 day pass 
is $15.00 available at the door or by registering at www.fiery-foods.com. 
There is a $10.00 daily fee.
