Speaking of bullshit alarms being tripped.
You don't like what I have to say, disprove it, but don't sit there calling it bullshit until you do.
Who shat in your cornflakes this morning?
Surely bleached sugar isn't that important to you.

Well said, ol' dude.
I just came out the body & fender (last Friday) after a cardiac
ablation AND a pacemaker - AND having my diabetes go from moderately
severe to nearly not there (go figure).
I, too, pay close attention to what goes in my gob - even though I am
nowhere nearly as healthy an eater as you. So, I am well aware of what
is real and what trips my bullshit detector. Sadly there are a couple
here who set off my BS alert early, often and consistently. And
sometimes I say something about it. Bv)= I, like most here, do not
suffer fools gladly.
Enjoy your cool temps, your roof-top container garden and life in
general. We are to be about 92oF here (32oC) and high humidity with
flash flood warning rampant.
