I've verified that HTML Vs. plain text is _not_ the issue here. How many subscribers are just giving up and going elsewhere? I totally agree that if it ain't broke, don't fix it. But, darn it, if it is broke, I think it should be fixed. A lot of folks have mentioned how old this list is and that administering and maintaining it should not be difficult. Others have noted witnessing others having problems, but not being impacted. I'm concerned that things are deteriorating here and many have become complacent with the Check Engine light flashing and the smoke coming out the tailpipe...
