There is a difference between flavours and tastes. The FIVE tastes are 
sweet, sour, salt, bitter and hot. Flavours are infinite.

Lighten up a little on Riley. That was no Stan Frankenthaler special. 
And you need lots of flavours blending together to cover up all that 
tofu - really.
