Not true, dear Troll!!  Your powders are **oustanding**.  An old feller, 
retired, Bay O' Plenty would agree with me also :-)

I didn't see in your notes anywhere, Jim, to "heat mix to 190 F for a few 
minutes".  That needs to happen also.  Doesn't need to be a hard boil, but 
you do want to kill off any microbial action before it goes into the 
bottles.  Otherwise, you'll have little hand grenades!  To help, I'd suggest 
sauteeing the veggies ahead of time.  I'd even grill 'em good for more 
flavor.
