[CH] A Green Chile Lunch

Reminiscent of the breakfast roll they serve at Sophia's in Santa Fe.
Warm corn tortilla, smeared with green chile sauce and sprinkled with  
just a little bit of cheese. Topped with three slices of crisp bacon  
and one fried egg. Yellow just past the point where it's runny. Topped  
with more green chile sauce and a second warm corn tortilla. Smeared  
with a bit of green chile and sprinkled with some cheese.
Lunch!!! And it was great.
