Pods, I had a decent hab harvest last season, but I never had enough on hand at one time to bother gearing up to make a batch of sauce. So for the first time, I froze whole pods, and it has worked out very well. The pods look perfectly intact, as if freshly picked. They rattle in the bag like ice cubes. I can use a serrated steak knife to slice of thin lacy bits of pepper. This morning I dropped these slices into some hot butter, warmed them up, smelled the aroma, and ker-POW back to the garden! One hab in two scrambled eggs ... one of those times when I think "Drink the coffee first, while you can enjoy it." _________________________________________________________________ Windows Live™: Keep your life in sync. http://windowslive.com/howitworks?ocid=TXT_TAGLM_WL_t1_allup_howitworks_022009
