Three words:  Grilled cheese sandwiches

I adore sriracha on or in most anything with Cheddar (mac and cheese.. 
.mmmmm),
but the sandwiches just _require_  it.    And I used to freak out the 
staff of a little Vietnames
joint  I used to go to by doing shots or juice-glasses of the stuff.  It 
was the only way
I could persuade the cook to make stuff  with actual heat  for an American.
